We may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and the time zone where an ARTECHOUSE product is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, services, and advertising.

We may collect information regarding customer activities on our website, iCloud services, ARTECHOUSE APP and from our other products and services. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of our website, products, and services are of most interest. Aggregated data is considered non‑personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect and store details of how you use our services, including search queries. This information may be used to improve the relevancy of results provided by our services. Except in limited instances to ensure quality of our services over the Internet, such information will not be associated with your IP address.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Our online ticketing system is hosted on FareHarbor Holdings, Inc (“FareHarbor”). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our tickets and services to you.

Your data is stored through FareHarbor’s data storage, databases and the general FareHarbor application.

FareHarbor implements a variety of security measures to help maintain the safety of your personal information when you reserve a booking or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This information is then encrypted in their payment provider’s systems, may only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and they are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your personal information may be kept on file in order to archive reservation data, help improve the customer experience, and for other business purposes.

COOKIES & OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

ARTECHOUSE’s websites, online services, interactive applications, email messages, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

ARTECHOUSE’s site and app are a general audience website and app and do not offer services directed to children. You must be 16 years of age or older to book using ARTECHOUSE’s site or app. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information and will delete the information. Bookings made by underage individuals without consent will not be honored. VISITING OUR WEBSITE FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

If you are visiting our website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
