Some of the job responsibilities would include: promote ARTECHOUSE’s exhibitions, programs and events as well as its overall philosophy on the arts and technology, draft/edit communications materials as well as create marketing materials, graphic images (including banners, billboard, flyers, brochures, etc.), handle and maintain social media presence for the gallery and manage the website.
Responsibilities would include actively pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume and group ticket sales for tour and non-tour groups; generate and nurture leads, sell group visits, service all group requests, handle all group customer inquires, produce status reports, develop annual contracts and tour operator agreements, establish and maintain relationships with the travel trade accounts, maximize cooperative ticket sales opportunities, meet annual revenue, ticketing and attendance goals.
We are seeking a team player with a “can do” attitude who'd be always on the lookout for ways to improve our digital marketing presence. This position is part-time (20 hours/week). The digital marketing associate is responsible for maintaining ARTECHOUSE's online presence and managing day to day digital marketing and social media efforts. The successful candidate will possess experience with most or all of the following: online content strategy and development, multimedia and social media production and management, email communications, electronic database and content management, and web analytics. Most importantly such candidate would be savvy about all latest technological developments and have a genuine interest in the subject matter covered by the gallery.
Two - three years experience in digital marketing, including social media and email marketing requested. Excellent writing (particularly short-form) and editing skills are key. Competency and knowledge of social media platforms and MailChimp a must.
