Some of the job responsibilities would include: being responsible for all day-to-day correspondence with media, cultivating positive relationships with journalists and art world contacts nationally and internationally, creating and managing communications strategies, securing press coverage in top-tier publications, writing press releases, key messages, developing social media campaigns to promote ARTECHOUSE’s exhibitions, programs and events as well as its overall philosophy on the arts and technology.
Responsibilities would include actively pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume and group ticket sales for tour and non-tour groups; generate and nurture leads, sell group visits, service all group requests, handle all group customer inquires, produce status reports, develop annual contracts and tour operator agreements, establish and maintain relationships with the travel trade accounts, maximize cooperative ticket sales opportunities, meet annual revenue, ticketing and attendance goals.
Duties include performing day-to-day social media and website strategies and maintenance, including content updates, data management, development of web graphics, multimedia, and email marketing; content creation for all marketing pieces online and in print, keep email communication with all media contacts and always be on the look out for new opportunities and introductions. Track and report web and social media analytics.
Must have extensive knowledge of existing platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Vine, and Tumblr to actively engage with a global community through quality content.
